What is Blue Resorts?
Blue Resorts is a privately held business providing Orlando & Disney area visitors with quality accomodations. We handle the property marketing and our property manager handles day to day operations and guest services, including the 24 hour emergency call service.

Is the resort secure?
Venetian Bay Villages is a gated community. Password access is required to get through the front gate, which allows the complex to remain available only to invited guests.

How far is Disney from the villa?
Disney is a quick and easy 7 mile drive. It normally takes 10 minutes or less to get there.

What is the unit layout?
It’s a four bedroom, three bathroom end-unit townhouse. The first level includes the kitchen, laundry, living & dining room, as well as the Master bedroom which has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.

The second floor includes the Junior Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom; two more bedrooms each with two twin size beds, and a full bathroom.

What do I need to bring with me to my vacation home?
Our villa has been carefully furnished and equipped to ensure that you have a terrific vacation. Amenities included are:

Air conditioning, Quality bedding and pillows, Cable TV, VCR, High Speed Internet, Washer/Dryer, All linens/towels, Fully equipped kitchen including: Stove/cooker/range, Refrigerator and freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave oven, Toaster, Coffee maker, Iron and board, Vacuum cleaner, Brush and mop

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is after 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Are pets accepted?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.

Is Maid Service included in the price?
Our Villa is rented to guests on a "Self-catering" basis. The Villa is cleaned on departure of every guest party, and inspected prior to your arrival.

For your convenience and hygiene, each home is provided with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, mop, brush and pan for maintaining the property cleanliness during your stay. Furthermore, all homes are treated regularly for insects.

Some guests that stay for a longer period (over 10 days) request a mid-term clean, which can be arranged in advance through our office.

What is the payment policy?
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your reservation. The balance is due 21 days prior to your check-in date, via credit card or certified check.

Are there any additional fees?
For stays less than 5 nights, there is an additional $70 (covers cleaning service and processing charges).

What is the cancellation policy?
The initial $200 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 21 days before your stay incur no additional charge. All cancellations made less than 21 days prior to check-in, will result in no refund. No refunds are available for early departures.
